Beta · TestFlight first, then the App Store

Hubble for iPhone and iPad

Your office in your pocket. Answer calls, join meetings, let guests in and check on your agents from wherever you are. It’s the menu bar app, made for phones and tablets, and on Android too.

  • iOS and iPadOS 16.4+
  • Android 7+
  • Works with any Hubble office
What you can do

Away from your desk, still in the office

Everything you reach for in the menu bar app, plus a few things that only make sense on a phone or an iPad.

  • Calls and meetings

Answer a knock or join a meeting, with video or audio, and let guests in from the waiting room. Teammates see you’re on your phone, so they can still ring you.

  • Your agents

Chat with any agent, hand off a task, and approve their work when they ask. Same guardrails as the office: nothing leaves the building without a yes.

  • Who’s around

See who’s online and where they are on a live map of the office. Set yourself Available, Busy or Away, and call anyone with a tap.

  • The office TV

When someone puts a video on an office TV, watch it on your phone in sync with the room. Pause it, and it pauses for everyone.

  • Your work, in your pocket

The bulletin board, your to-dos, meeting notes and clients, the calendar, shared files and whiteboards. Read everything, and draw on the whiteboards too.

  • Made for iPad

A sidebar with panes side by side, and the real 3D office: walk around with a keyboard, the on-screen joystick, or a tap where you want to go.

Notifications

A tap on the shoulder, even with the app closed

Hubble lets you know when something needs you. Each kind has its own switch in the app under Settings → Notifications, and while the app is open you see them right there instead.

  • Calls
  • Meeting invitations
  • Meeting reminders
  • TV videos
  • Door knocks
  • Guests waiting
  • Approvals
  • Meeting summaries

Shared files and new bulletin posts can notify you too. Those two stay off until you turn them on.

Get the app

In beta now. On the App Store soon.

Hubble for iPhone and iPad is in beta on TestFlight, Apple’s app for trying out apps before they’re released. Teams in early access get an invite, and the App Store version follows. The Android app is in testing too, with Google Play to come.

Signing in

Signing in to your office

The app connects to an office you already belong to. You need its address and the account you use there.

If something’s not right

  • “You’re signed in, but not a member of this office yet.” Ask someone in the office for an invite link and paste it into the app.
  • No notifications? Turn them on in the app under Settings → Notifications. If they’re off for Hubble in your device’s settings, the app shows a button that takes you there. If it says the office has notifications turned off on its server, ask whoever runs it.
  • Signed in to the wrong office? Settings → Sign out → “Sign out and use a different office”, then paste the right address.
App FAQ

Questions about the app

Something else on your mind? Write to hello@hubbleoffice.com.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 16.4 or newer, and Android phones and tablets with Android 7 or newer. On a computer, use Hubble in the browser, or the menu bar app on a Mac.

Do I need a Hubble office first?

Yes. The app signs in to an office you’re already a member of, whether we host it or it runs on your own server. No office yet? Request early access.

Which notifications will I get, and how do I turn them off?

While the app is closed: calls, meeting invitations and reminders, TV videos, door knocks, guests waiting, approvals and meeting summaries. Turn any of them off in the app under Settings → Notifications, or all of them in your device’s settings. Signing out stops notifications on that device.

When does the app use my camera and microphone?

Only during calls and meetings you join, and when you take a photo to share. Calls go directly between devices, or through a relay that can’t read them when a direct connection isn’t possible. Hubble doesn’t record calls.

What does Hubble know about me?

Your name and email from your account, what you and your team do in your office, and a token that lets your office send this device notifications. No ads, no tracking across apps, and we never sell your data. The details are in our privacy policy.

How do I sign out?

In the app, open Settings and tap Sign out. That ends the app’s session and stops notifications on that device. “Sign out and use a different office” forgets the office’s address too.

How do I delete my account?

In your office on the web, open your status menu and choose Your offices (or go straight to app.hubbleoffice.com). Then open the menu with your name and choose Delete account. If you own an office, transfer it or delete it first. Or write to hello@hubbleoffice.com from the address you sign in with, and we’ll do it for you. On a self-hosted office, ask whoever runs it.
